Hi, my name is Alina Anri. I’m a Product Designer.
Most of my case studies focus on desktop applications. For the best viewing experience, it’s recommended to open the portfolio on a tablet or desktop.
Overview
The project focused on redesigning a decentralized financial platform used for asset management, trading, liquidity provision, and analytics. Over time the product expanded into multiple modules including Wallet, Swap, Pools, Bonds, Governance, and Analytics.
Because these areas evolved separately, the interface became fragmented and difficult to navigate. The redesign aimed to unify the experience, simplify financial workflows, and create a clearer structure for interacting with DeFi tools.
Problem
The platform contained complex financial functionality but lacked a clear structure. Core information such as balances, liquidity positions, rewards, and transactions was distributed across multiple screens.
Financial data was dense and difficult to interpret quickly. Users often had to switch between several sections to understand their portfolio and make decisions.
workflow
Users
The platform is used by DeFi participants managing assets and liquidity.
Retail users perform swaps, provide liquidity, and monitor rewards. Liquidity providers compare pool performance and track yield. More advanced users analyze ecosystem activity through analytics dashboards.

Product structure
The redesigned platform organizes functionality into several core areas.
The wallet acts as the main dashboard showing portfolio value, balances, liquidity positions, and transactions. Pools allow users to explore liquidity opportunities and provide assets to earn rewards. Analytics visualizes ecosystem activity such as liquidity trends and token volume.
Key results
Key UX decisions
The wallet was redesigned as the central financial dashboard where users can quickly understand their portfolio.
Financial metrics were structured into clear levels of importance, prioritizing balances, rewards, and positions. A unified layout system was introduced across all modules to ensure consistent navigation and interaction.

Design process
The process began with mapping the existing product structure and identifying inconsistencies between modules.
Wireframes explored new dashboard layouts and data hierarchies. Prototypes were then used to test liquidity workflows, portfolio tracking, and analytics interactions before refining the final interface.
Outcome
The redesigned platform provides a clearer financial overview and more consistent navigation across modules.
Users can now track assets, manage liquidity, and analyze ecosystem activity through a unified interface, reducing complexity and improving the overall product experience.
